Remote Forms - Setup
Install DentalPlus Remote Forms from the Google Play store or Apple Store on your tablet.
When first run, the configuration screen will be shown.
Enter the IP address of your server and the name for the device (keep it simple!)
Click SAVE at the bottom of the screen.
In the desktop DentalPlus client, go to the admin section, then system setup and choose Remote Form from the left
Enter the same device name you entered on the device and click Save.
Remote forms will now wait for you to send a request from the main DentalPlus Client.
