Remote Forms - Sending a request

Once you have configured your device, it will probably tell you that there is no form set.

In the appointment book, right-click a patient and set the appointment to "Waiting room"

 

The Patient Actions window will appear.

Choose the forms that need completing, and choose a device from the drop-down.

If you only have one device registered, you will not need to choose one.


Click Okay

You may now click "Continue" on the device for it to pick up the form request.


Check the details on the device match the required patient before handing the device over for completion.
