Install older Adobe Air

If you have a problem with DentalPlus showing a white box over the screen after going into the documents section of admin, you might need to remove the version of Adobe Air you have and install an older version.
  1. Close DentalPlus
  2. Right-click the start menu at the bottom left of Windows.
  3. Choose "programs and features"
  4. When the screen appears, find Adobe Air and choose to uninstall.
  5. Once uninstalled, go to https://airsdk.harman.com/runtime
  6. Scroll down to "AIR runtime including WebKit" and download the windows version
