If you have a problem with DentalPlus showing a white box over the screen after going into the documents section of admin, you might need to remove the version of Adobe Air you have and install an older version.
- Close DentalPlus
- Right-click the start menu at the bottom left of Windows.
- Choose "programs and features"
- When the screen appears, find Adobe Air and choose to uninstall.
- Once uninstalled, install the older version from here...
